The Gallagher Marine Systems (GMS) Crisis Management Course (CMC) has been developed in response to GMS partner requests for assistance & training in organizing a

crisis team in response to an incident.

This course will prepare a crisis team in the effective management of an incident and assist attendees in organizing their team and priorities to better serve the situation.

In achieving these course goals, GMS will provide practical recommendations and real life experience in improving partner preparations for a real incident.
